Who is responsible for tracking & implementing the chosen option? 💥 Problem solving ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | **Purpose** | When we meet for problem solving, we are trying to figure out how to fix a specific issue. Who is responsible for tracking & fixing the problem? 🧠 Brainstorming ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | **Purpose** | During brainstorming meetings, we are creative and come up with ideas for new topics, organizational changes, or even new product features. | **Location** | On-site or off-site | **Form** | Creative space | Moderated but with loose boundaries | **Duration** | As short as possible, as long as required | Max. 8h (with breaks) | **Goals** | 1. Taking the team out of the daily grind | 2. Extending the team's creativity | 3. Coming up with innovative & clever ideas | 4. Getting excited about new topics and changes Meeting rating -------------- After every meeting, there should be a rating. | **Benefit**: The meeting was ``useless | beneficial``. | **Duration**: The meeting was ``too short | the right duration | too long``. | **Goals**: The meeting goals were ``not achieved | partially achieved | fully achieved``.
